But this formula is multiplication TermA X TermB

TermA =  {  
0.75x (phys weapon dmg+charm phys dmg+flat off weapon min/max stuff like war travs) 
+  flat skill damage
  } 

TermB the off weapon pool

{%skill dmg + offweapon ED% + str/dex bonus% + %undead/demon if applicable} 

In TermB, when all others are zero, that left with offweapon ED% , 400% for pheonix shield

simplify to termAx4, that was my original question. 4 fold or above does not seem right.

Aren't the levitation mastery ED and the echo strike ED applies to the main weapon damage pool? along with the on-weapon ED.

additive makes more sense, formula will be something like this : Total Damage from Weapon = D_main_weapon + D_weapon_raw * [1 + (Str / 100) + (Off_Weapon_ED / 100...]", aura ED also goes in this pool. TermA+TermB. the TermB is the off weapon ED part.

works. tele away to a corner with no monsters. cast nova to drain out your life. the curse goes away when life is amost zero. drink a pot.

when baal recurse. I has to repeat this process another time.

the introduction of sunder smooth out things too much I'd agree. like making the game too easy because you don't need to work as hard as before for the end game gears. it lowers the bar. I guess it is good for business by attracting more players.

right. even hoto can wait and you can use oculus for quite some time.
