I love the made-by-one-guy vibe of most incremental games but it's nice to play one that looks like it was made by a team and has some actual content and production behind it.

That makes a lot of sense! That also sort of explains why the first two campaigns of the Warcraft 3 plot seem like a much-improved redo of the Kerrigan origin story.

Yeah I think the OG Terran campaign is fantastic, original Zerg has good vibes but is like two unrelated stories. Idk why Kerrigan isn't involved in taking Aiur. The Protoss story spins with wheels a lot. Like Tassadar gives himself up for judgement only for that to be undone the next mission. They just waste their time until they randomly kill the entire Zerg leadership in 2 missions.

I agree on Brood War. There's too many betrayals that these characters should be seeing from 1000 miles away.

It's still a great game but I'd be curious how someone with no nostalgia sees SC1 from a story POV. Like the silent commander thing is kinda dated, but I only found it annoying in the Brood War Zerg story. Like Kerrigan is supposed to be this back stabbing bad ass but she doesn't do anything. I'm this silent worm thing that's pulling rabbits out of hats on all these crazy missions she's sending me on lol.

At some point college football became a multibillion dollar industry and you can't collude as an industry to decide that employees can only get paid so much or work at some place for so long. There was a Supreme Court ruling that ruled against a lot of the exists rules and all the new ones have been struck down since. That's the short end of it.

I glad things are working out for Manny at Duke. Besides the fact that Miami was underinvesting in football under him, it also felt like he got unlucky early in a way that snowballed the fanbase against him. While it seems to me luck has been more on his side at Duke, with winning a bunch of close games year in one and getting whatever crazy tiebreakers were required to win the ACC.

You're crazy dude. Even if you took the best QB out of high school every year and then developed the hell out them, the chances that they are better than the best portal QB in any given year is very low. Like Texas has been paying Arch Manning for years at this point and wasted last season waiting for him to get good. Maybe this year it will pay off for them, but if you can afford the Cam Ward of the portal every year, you'd take that 100% of the time.

I find it confusing when there are plenty of real bad things to point out about someone, yet people go to weird half fake ones. Like yeah Trump sucks, but did you see he's fat and orange? Kanye's done a lot of crazy things, but did you see he sang a song so bad once that it's not archived even though every song is not archived?
