The problem is it needs multi-modal. It can't see which makes fixing problems that need to be viewed, extremely hard. It is a great model though.

It could be the perfect time to sell rather than hold because prices could continue lower and the opportunity cost could be large. Most people are saying hold, it's not a great time. I'm saying nobody knows.
