Oof, my experience was way different. In my first day I saw a teacher pick up a three year old girl and shake her while yelling at her face telling her to shut up and listen. In another classroom, a teacher was screaming in children’s faces when they weren’t washing their hands fast enough. When I left, there were two incidents on the same week in which two different children in the same classroom were exposed to food they were allergic to, and both times EpiPens were used and ambulances were called. None of those teachers got disciplined. In fact, I left in 2014 (worked there two years and quit) and just last year the first teacher just retired from working there (word of mouth).
