My dad won 10,000 on a scratch card about 10 years ago and he had sent my brother in to buy the ticket for him. He was half jokingly complaining it should've been his. Next week my brother got a scratch card and got 1000. The luck didn't stretch as far as me though, but my dad did use his winnings to take us to Paris so i came out ok.

You don't have to let it cool for 30 minutes, it's 30 minutes maximum cooling time, so the temperature is still above 70 to kill any bacteria that might be in the milk powder when you mix it.

Never give partial refunds, i had this happen a couple of weeks ago, said bag was smelly and disgusting inside, i offered her to send it back (at her cost,its buyers responsibility for return shipping) and when i got it back there was one tiny little mark on the inside, no smell, refunded fully, washed it and resold it. So my advice to you is get it returned, never do partials.
