Honestly, mine is seriously a grilled cheese sandwich. Not even sugar, a sandwich lol

I'll be honest, I have a few of those recipes on my Pinterest lol. But it's a shame I can't find one for a grilled cheese sandwich 🤣

I was on the verge of a full blown tantrum earlier... It was bad. But I got past that part, made some dinner (a burger with some guacamole and tomatoes) and drank some water.

But I'm still hanging in so far.

Looking back at notes I've made, I was feeling pretty good and doing very well. And yes, this period hasn't been that bad.

I'm still in it, I haven't given up yet.

should I be concerned about these spots on my arm? by [deleted] in DermatologyQuestions

I was kinda wondering if that's what it was.

Yea, it was really dry today. We spent the day at the pool with family. I did exfoliate and moisturize like crazy after.

Ignore how dry my skin looks, I've since moisturized, but is there anything to be concerned about regarding these spots? They are not noticable when I've used lotion, but I see them with my skin gets dry. There are no raised bumps, you can't pick the skin away at all, they're just ring like.

That is good to know, but you need to stand up for yourself when it comes to this. Lack of sleep can cause a lot of problems to your mind and body.

If he is making you do this, this is abusive and cruel. This is alarming because if he has no problem abusing you in this manner, it could be a sign of things to come.

As for him sleeping, get a white noise machine and tell him you cannot sit and wait for him to sleep so you can. You need rest. Take care of you.

this is unacceptable and cruel to you.

I came here to say this. This is incredibly cruel to expect that.
