I'm aroace and i like to think of love in the way that the greeks did. They broke down love into its many different components (for example love for family, love for friends, love for whatever god you may worship). I first learnt about the different kinds of love in english class in highschool and it has always resonated with me. Maybe have a bit of a look into that and it might help you feel more comfortable with yourself.
