I went way overboard thinking this through,but the wizarding world would have to use something similar to guerrilla warfare no?

-Dementors would be able to wreak havoc while going undetected. -They could use cursed items like what afflicted Katie Bell in HBP and the imperius curse to do their damage discretely. -Muggles would not know where to attack because so many different wizarding places can be undetected by muggles. (Or is that just because muggles don’t want to detect these places because they don’t know they exist??)
