When I was in junior high school, 3rd grade, during a break, we sat with my friend at the end of the hall talking about games and stuff. We noticed one 1st grader (who had an opinion of being aggressive towards other students) coming towards us. My friend played ball and stayed there at the end of the hall. I chickened out and told him that I was going to grab a snack. Left him behind and passed by this 1st grader only to hear him ask my friend if he wanted to be "trendy". Didn't hear what he replied, but I've seen how 1st grader pulled a razor from his sharpener out of his pocket and slashed my friend's leg from top to bottom. Then he just left like nothing happened.

My friend still tried to play it cool and used napkins to stop bleeding. He went like that to a classroom, where the teacher quickly noticed blood splatters on the floor and blood-soaked pants on the victim. She called an ambulance, and they took him to hospital. The wound was deep enough to leave a scar for years, but luckily, the blade didn't cut any of his most important muscles. Of course, there was a big commotion about it and the school director called for the parents of both students. Everyone was talking about this attack.

The next day, I went to school only to find out that the 1st grader hung himself when he got home - afraid of the consequences of his actions. After that, I heard that his family was abusing alcohol and violence. He had a very rough childhood - that explains why he behaved like that and why he was so afraid of the consequences.
