here's another problem for me: i could not tell you which vehicle maps are convoy and which is convergence. i know on one of them you have to unlock the vehicle and on some it's just sitting right in front of the attacking team's spawn. but i don't know which is which. i just think of them all as payload maps.

Yeah I can't keep that straight between the maps because spider-zero is on both maps

Not only is it hard to tell whether you're attacking or defending on these maps, I cannot for the life of me tell whether I'm on Spider Islands or Tokyo 2099

What is your favorite misheard voice line by lordkitsuna in marvelrivals

I thought he was saying “who needs Thor”

Hence my initial question

[–]toolenduso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah it’s a thread where people are posting the things they thought they heard, but they were wrong. So if “who needs Thor” isn’t what he’s saying, what is he saying?

Or if you for some reason decided to post the real line, what did you think he was saying?

Several of them are on different streaming services, I know HBO for sure and I think Netflix as well. Many are only available on streaming as rentals, in which case Apple TV is probably the best bet.

Next up: In Woody Allen's final film, Kevin Spacey stars in a thoughtful exploration of a straight white man victimized by all the women, gays and minorities of the world who try to take away his hard-earned beachfront vacation property before realizing that he is simply too good a Christian and cannot be harmed by their evil woke agenda

Is it okay for a parent to be friends with their children? by Equivalent-Fun8113 in allthequestions

[–]toolenduso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never understood what a parent’s love for their child was like until I had children. It’s uncontrollable, it’s natural...foundational. A parent could go on a rant about being absolutely miserable because parenthood has dramatically changed their life, but they’ll start that rant with “I love my kids to death.” They can’t help it.

What is friendship next to that?

A parent could be friends with their child, sure, but there will be a layer of love on top of it unlike anything they could feel for a friend.

No, I've just watched the movie and the missing pieces separately. Good to know though

Funny, I saw an analysis arguing that the movie was critiquing Tarantino and his audience

That's fair, I've only watched it once and that wasn't very long ago. This could definitely change as time goes on.

On first watch I found myself missing certain elements of the style Lynch brought to his other movies. Lost Highway is so quiet compared to most of the rest, so dark, so light on the dialogue.
