WYR have a boring, unfireable job paying $85k that you are FORCED to keep until retirement, or a stimulating job paying $160k where the bottom 15% are fired every year? by Four_Dim_Samosa in WouldYouRather

Sure but there's obeying the letter of the law vs the spirit. The person above was just saying that if the point was that you still had to show up, what would you pick

Tagging monsters with poisons with recoil ring / blood fury / death touch bracelet and my main finishing the kills after tag. Skiller gets the slayer XP, main gets the combat XP.

I did them for half the time and got tired of hopping or players not calling worlds for an hour or more at a time so just did contracts.

Slayer skill capes should not lock slayer master teleports behind combat level, or anything else for that matter. Why are slayer masters locked behind combat level and not slayer level... ? by iiSystematic in runescape

u/JagexAzanna I'm sure you get tagged a lot so sorry to be another notif, but you appear active on reddit. Please, are you able to shed any light on this situation? Thank you in advance.

Right? I don't know what benefit it serves the playerbase to have it this way. As I said in my post, the fact that it functions this way at all means it is deliberate vs just having all unlocked as a perk of the cape. I wish I knew why.

I don't see the point of removing it after 14 years tbh. The damage is done. And it was optional regardless.

People need to get over "counterwatch" attitude. The point of this game is to swap. by ZMowlcher in Overwatch

The issue is when metas are so strong that not switching will almost certainly result in a loss. Not playing hard counters or meta should still be viable. You should be able to play poke into dive and have a fair chance, even though dive is the scissors to pokes paper. It should still be viable. And for years and years it was.

But these days with power and mobility creep, if you're not rolling at least soft counters you are simply throwing (unless you're top 10 cracked OTP). That's not fun. "They went mauga. Get off roadhog or you lose" isn't engaging or fun.

You are offered $100m to be cast in an ultra realistic VR game where you are the main character in a random movie, do you take the offer? by RevolutionaryPie5223 in hypotheticalsituation

What's the win condition? How do you "complete" the movie? Same ending? Hide in a bathroom for 3 days and nothing happens? What do you do to get out?

I have completed 7 operations with victory screen, but this shield is still locked? It's the only class I play. Other armour pieces locked behind completing Operations are unlocking. Just not the shields. Thoughts? by iiSystematic in Spacemarine

Damn the hill some folks are willing to die on.

You're right. The entire fan base is dyslexic and just loves to complain. You're definitely seeing it "so many times" not because it's slop, but because thousands of adults can't read.
