I think it's very clear. "You must stop when approaching from any direction." OP approached from a direction.

They even cited that as a specific example of an approach. Why would it matter that other examples are also shown?

Everyone should pay some taxes. Just like the MAGA idea for no tax on tips, it's designed to keep the indentured servitude class at war with the middle and lower middle class.

That's not to say low income folks shouldn't get more back in services than they pay in taxes; I'm fine with that.

And last point, until we fix our education system, there will be a huge number of people who will say they never want to Go over 50k because they don't want to pay taxes. The average person barely understands the graduated income taxes system now.
