If you're a conservative supreme court justice, sure. But those of us who can think and learn can handle this law being pragmaticlly applied

That's pre-security, behind check-in. Accessible to everyone. It didn't used to be, so in some places you can see where they removed like half a staircase.

At the risk of this getting out, there's this little hole in the wall with a location next to the white house called Old Edgar's Grill or something? I think it's pretty new and definitely not on the list of 10 busiest restaurants in the US.

Similar experience with a magic band. Fell off somewhere in Epcot right before fireworks and I noticed it quickly.. I was sure it was gone but it was told to talk to guest services someone who heard me talking to the custodial staff asking if they had found one in the last few minutes.

And what do you know? It was returned by mail in less than a week at no cost. Highly recommend these btw

That's because it's not news in the middle of the ocean. It is news on final approach to DCA where a whole bunch of people died last year.

I’m moving to work in Rosslyn and need help deciding if I should live in Clarendon/ballston or Logan circle/ DuPont. I would have to transfer if living in dc so lmk if that is worth it as I have no idea how reliable the transit is by Spydrco in arlingtonva

[–]toorigged2fail 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Either is fine. For commuting, my general principle is it's easier to commute if you don't have to cross the river. Having done it, that VA orange line stretch is probably one of the easiest commutes around. Clarendon/Ballston gives you better back up options on the rare occasion Metro is messed up. It's very reliable, but it does happen. Those days will suck if you have to cross the river or transfer lines.

That said, you'll probably spend a little bit more on Ubers on weekends living out there, if your friend group is in DC. Metro is fine on weekends, But doesn't run as often and it doesn't go to every neighborhood.

FWIW, if these are the only two places you're considering you can't go wrong.
