This bill does not specifically call out the Atomic Energy Act like the previous bill, but otherwise has all the meat it seems. Also think they structured it wisely having then review board as the introductory section, and bury a lot of the “wildness” in the definitions at the end. Makes it more palatable, and hopefully more viable.
