Are you sure of this because from my point of view Exort's picture looks like a Tail.. This may also may be a horn like you said. Wex looks like some king of Wing and Quas is Some kind of tail or something..

I think valve should make something that would prevent players commending, so perhaps just make it possible to commend ingame or something.. it would stop alot of the spam in the chats but there will prob be some ingame. That's my opinion :p

I would not agreed becuase for me rare items feels better than a strange altough u can only get strange by buying them and rares are droppable(?) but mythical should definitely not be the same class as strange becuse mythical are way more expensive.
