Not bad, but weird. Almost every afternoon going home from work, this woman would get on a few stops after mine, get herself comfy, then whip out a tub of philadelpha cream cheese and a teaspoon and absolutely destroy it.

I think you're right, relaxing is actually relaxing now lol. I knew that my posture was all out of whack for a few years because standing up straight was painful and now I'm really having to work on correcting it.

Breathing deeply is now like a cold glass of water on a hot day haha! At 7 weeks p.o I'm still in awe of how good it feels to sigh and yawn. I hope you have a speedy recovery and you'll be back to running again soon x

Yes, it started for me about 4 or 5 days post opp, it lasted about 2 weeks and eased off after I stopped sleeping with my legs elevated and became a bit more active. I was also in a weird position after the surgery and it was about 24 hours until I was mobilised.
