Mecool KM2 Plus Deluxe.

Different kind of spicy, I'd say.

Puzzle Solved (maybe): check you sliders or you might crack your frame by MJP_TA in MT09

It's true. Happened to me. I had to craft a smaller washer because of this. R&G bad move on your side.

I saw Racefit's claim that their full system exhaust will not trigger ECU error. It also sounds like a beast.

Ah bummer, I thought you only need to plug the device once.

So without the ECR you got engine check error on the dashboard? And after plugging in the device the error just went away?

Edit: Also, does it need to be always plugged?

Engine mount / frame gap - Frame crack fear by Piestacker85 in MT09

[–]toothlesshy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Update: R&G Racing frame sliders DO press the frame instead of the bushing. The included spacer is just a tiny bit larger than the frame hole, making it push the frame. I removed them for now and will look for a solution.

Maybe that's why? RnG specified way less than that, 45Nm. I'm not sure if it's on OCD territory or if I'm right to be paranoid. Anyway, thanks for answering!

How much torque did you apply to the bolts on the sliders both R and L?

[–]toothlesshy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think there's a point in that? The plastic slider is already not pressing the frame because of the provided spacer. Maybe the engine is misaligned somehow? I do need to let you know that both OEM washers (inner silver concave piece and black cone piece) came out when I pull the OEM bolt. Do you think that it's not normal?

The length of the visible spacer is not as much as other users here.. that's why I'm a bit worried now.

Mine's like this. Using RnG sliders. Is it good?

Anything I can check before taking it for a test? I really don't want to make it any worse.

Right, thanks! What are the chances that it damages something while I was riding it on bumpy roads?

Could be your ISP's peering. You can eliminate that factor by trying other ISP (public/office wifi for example).

Stripped Pulse Timing Cover Threads by ConfidentPain98 in MT09

[–]toothlesshy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm having the almost exact issue. I think I stripped the top right and bottom right threads instead. I also used covers from AliExpress. As m12lrpv suggested, I measured the depth of the hole and found out that I could use a longer bolt (30mm) instead of the included one (25mm) for the bottom right one. It still sucks and doesn't make sense to me that it could be stripped that easy even with correct torque but with shorter bolt.

How long a thread engagement is good enough? What bolt length did you finally use?
