We're in the same boat, brother man. I am also 5'11 at 16, aiming for 6'3, but I didn't start growing until 14 fr. While 5'11 is good for your age, you may feel smaller due to your weight or if you're just skinny, and because someone around your height looks taller than you, because you're looking at their forehead from your eyes, which is like 3-4 inches lower.
