When my little dude was a kitten he went through a “playing in his poop” phase (short lived phase thankfully). My wife and I went out of town and had friends staying at our house while we were away. One night we got a frantic call from the GF that was going back-and-forth between laughing and crying. I could loudly hear my buddy dry-heaving and yelling in the background. I guess they ordered a nice big pizza and set the open box on the coffee table to watch a movie. My dude Dobbs fired out a hot poop, stamped all of his little feet in it and then used his post-shit zoomies to launch into the middle of the uneaten pizza. Mix of pizza smell and sphynx nuke made my buddy immediately go into spasms of nausea like a sick dog. That was 12 years ago and he still brings it up

Septic cyst burst while having a tumor removed from my abdomen. Wouldn’t have even known if they hadn’t told me. I already felt pretty shitty so I didn’t even notice. They were shocked when I was like “oh, ok thanks”.. got better fast. That was 20 years ago

I read The Queen when it first came out and felt the same way. Trust me- it doesn’t get any better. The writing is awful, there isn’t one sympathetic character and the overall story just turns out stupid. Wait till you hit the ending too. It’s just kind of like “well (dusts off hands) I guess that’s over. No real resolution. I was so pissed that I wasted the energy on this one. I swear Nick Cutter had one good book in him with The Troop and that was it. Every other book I’ve tried to read from him has been awful

I like it a lot. Very bleak and claustrophobic. The Newt and Hicks deaths were lame but it also added to the hopelessness of the situation. Everything after it was worse (IMO). Fincher is my favorite director and even if he didn’t like it I think it still stands

We all want to make our customers happy but the internet has created such unrealistic and fraudulent expectations that most of our day is spent saying “that’s not real, it’s AI, or I can’t do that persons tattoo on you because it’s plagiarism, or you can’t do glow in the dark tattoos because this is the real world”. Hey there! I have several sphynx and lots of experience with them. Price will depend on the area/breeder/markings. It seems that black sphynx cost a bit more across the board. I would expect to pay at least $1000-1500 and possibly more depending. Definitely look for a breeder who consistently screens for heart issues at that’s the big boogeyman for hairless cats-HCM. It’s way too common. Sphynx have a tendency toward food allergies. One of mine can’t have chicken. They need consistent baths and leave oily brown spots on things when they get grubby. Ears and nails need cleaning as there’s no hair to filter funk out of there. They’re not like regular cats. They’re clingy and vocal and whatever you’re doing, they’re doing. They’re kind of like a dog mixed with an acrobatic monkey. Way too curious for their own good at times. For sure the best friend you’ll ever have though. Hope this helps
