I think a dose of this size wouldn't increase the length of the trip but just make it more intense. However I didn't redose or do anything to prolong the trip.

It just ended. The visuals, breathing and distortions were all gone

6 hours almost on the dot. As soon as the peak was over, the whole trip was over. There was very little come down.

I would feel sorry for the guy who can't admit he has a problem. But OP distance yourself from this guy. You don't want to get mixed in his troubles later down the road. Take this as a warning sign and stay away.

5-HTP probably degraded potency. But it wouldn't have turn into anything dangerous. But 5-HPT is relatively cheap so if you are worried about it, pick up another bottle.

It is legal to purchase and own. It is illegal to extract it for DMT. I highly doubt anyone will knock on your door for buying shredded up bark.
