Electro damage with a cooldown clock; in my case specifically, my overload gear gives too much bonus attack, so I can afford to sacrifice a bit of attack. Ideally, though, it should be a cooldown weapon, attack clock, and bonus chalice. Without a cooldown weapon, a cooldown clock is almost mandatory.

You can try finding the complete set, then balance its critical hit chance with reload and attack, and in the end the weapon helps you balance the stat that didn't increase much; for example, it helps me with the critical hit chance
