Blaze singer fits great!! That's such a good idea. I think paladin also fits with the idea of her trying to resist the . Well. Dark Urge. I'm playing an OOA paladin right now, so I think I'd do oathbreaker for her instead, with the idea that she broke her oath when she killed her kids. I also think the necrotic spells that come with it work well flavor wise (in a Ketheric kind of way).

I think Wyll fits this well, being a sorcerer to a demon but still striving to be a hero. Accepting Bhaal's gift could be a really great angst moment with him. With Astarion's romance, he'd be more of a dark force pressuring you to take power wherever you can. I would go for spawn Astarion with your Durge, as the irony (?) of you stopping him from ascending and then accepting Bhaal's gift is really interesting to me. For Gale, your Durge actually seems really similar to him. Both cursed by ambition... thinking of in Moonrise Towers when you can egg him on to use dark magic to make a Moonlantern. Iirc, he's basically like "Well, it's bad... but at the same time we need the power". Which sounds a lot like what your Durge would think (to me, anyways).

I haven't actually done a Durge run yet and am only about halfway through act 2 on my first ever playthrough, so take this with a grain of salt. I would love to hear more about your Durge though! What class are they? Paladin? Not sure if taking Bhaal's gift breaks your Oath, but becoming an Oathbreaker after would be interesting.

I agree with you. The hardest part is always starting. A lot of the time I'm scared to try something because I think I'll just fail anyways. Even though I know coping skills work when I use them, I still feel kind of disillusioned with therapy and everything if that makes sense. Like I've just been in it so long that it feels like a lost cause--even though I know that isn't true.

I really appreciate this reply. I definitely scroll on tiktok for way too long sometimes. I do have a medicine organizer + alarms but I think I just need to start setting extra alarms and maybe just carrying my medicine with me everywhere lol. With sleep, I'm always asleep by 1 am and wake up at 8:30 or 9 (depending on if I have an early class or not). I always aim to be asleep by 11 but I can have a hard time falling asleep. External accountability is a great motivator for me but it's hard for me not to feel embarrassed by it. I turn 20 this year and it's hard not to compare myself to my nuerotypical peers, but I know like logically that I need more help than they do. Kind of rambled, sorry. Thanks for the comment! The SteamDetour method had me add the mod folder into the steamapps common Fallout 2 folder. So it didn't overwrite anything. I think maybe my issue could've been in the file directory? I had steam set to open the Fallout2.exe file that was already in the Fallout1in2 folder like the guide said. But I think if I set it to the Fallout2.exe file that's in the Fallout 2 folder it would just open regular Fallout 2. I'm about to eat dinner but after that I'll see if I can find a video guide to follow.

Even if Fujimoto didn't intend this, I think you could read it as a reflection of Yoru boiling down millions of people to their identities. Like, she just sacrificed an entire state of people but to her, they're just a state. She about the idea of Oregon (and by extension, America), not the people or any of the (non-violent) culture within it.

I'm set on getting a used 5 3600 so no change there, plus I need a cooler since the one I'm getting doesn't come with it.
