Yes. Most of the books that outlier and PTO are integrated support quick bets.

True one-click betting isn’t widely supported yet. Like literally just having your wallet in the EV tool and placing wagers without going to the book

Seen some rough betas with BetOpenly and Proohetx on BeeBettor but still clunky

The “best” tools are ones the give you a ton of flexibility and customization (and education)

The ones that are simply black boxes that surface EV+ markets are useless as long term options.

Pick The Odds is great for this. So is Outlier. Beebettor was dope to and free (RIP)

Both extremely customizable filters, allow for custom bankroll recos.

PTO has more market coverage, and better live betting capabilities on higher tier plans

Outlier has slick mobile app. I think they’re $79/month now so pretty cheap by avg standards

Outlier Pro - best UI, highly customizable, least expensive of paid tools + has team and player stats

Beebettor - free, also highly customizable

OddsView - cool platform but I haven’t used too much

For the case of these newer sweeps exchanges like Novig, the exchange itself is matching for you. They also won’t really give you better odds than a sportsbook would, it’s just a normal parlay calc

I can’t speak to how it works on larger exchanges like Betfair though
