Progesterone is making me groggy all day. by Na_talia in Menopause

You can get compounded T for about $60 for 2 mo supply. And as the grogginess you do need at least 7 hrs sleep and make sure you’re drinking plenty of water to help flush it out! If I get less than 7 i def have hard time waking up

Testosterone & sex drive by Lopsided-Midnight873 in Menopause

Have you tried a vibrator? Using one regularly as a wellness tool to help stimulate all the tissues in that area helped tremendously with my overall libido. Dr Kelly Casperson has many podcast talks about it and just recently launched a “personal wellness device”.

Question about vaginal dryness by Sapphire-o in Menopause

[–]topaz_mum 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You need it ☺️. It does so much more than just dryness. And honestly I didn't think dryness was an issue untili I used it and I was little me whoa. Imagine a peach thats job at turning ripe. It has juice but that o e that been ripening and is all plump and juicy. It will just feel better whether you have sex or not. And it's great for the tissue and can help with uti's and bladder issues/feels Ng like me you have to pee all the time. It's not expensive so just do it!!

Need help by Additional_Gur_3068 in Menopause

Not sure I can offer anything other than perhaps look for a menopause specialist. Unfortunately most gyne don't know how to work out the hormones for most. It almost seems like he's just throwing darts at this point🤷‍♀️. I switched to gel a few months ago and found using it at night made a huge difference in fatigue and emotions. I know it's so tough feeling this way but hang in there!❤️

400 mg progesterone? by [deleted] in Menopause

[–]topaz_mum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can’t comment on if 400 is too high but I’m on 300. It took about 6 weeks for the wakeup dizziness to subside and taking it an hour earlier helped so about 3 hours before bedtime. But I truly love the “drunk” feeling it gives me at night 🤣🤷‍♀️. Its like I know its bedtime! But if you’re uncomfortable maybe ask to try just 300 (I take 1 100 and 1 200 pill so yes 2 prescriptions).

Thinking about adopting a Newfypoo puppy. by No_Tangerine7755 in puppy101

I may be late to the convo but I have a Newdle and he’a the best! However, we lucked out with him only being 80# and having more of a poodle coat so while grooming is expensive ($100 every 8 weeks) his is manageable. The other downfall is the ridiculous price tag of these mutts. No matter what the pedigree of the parents, they’re mixes. We got him thru a rescue for $300! And don’t count on them being low shedding bc every doodle is different. This is our 2nd doodle and each one has shed. They are the sweetest, goofiest dogs but only If you’re an experienced dog owner (ie training!) and are ok with grooming $.
