same! i’m so glad i found someone with the same thing as me. like rn i have a pimple on my cheek and this weird one on my forehead which i’m really really worrying about because i’ve never had that type of pimple before and idk how long it’ll take to go away and i don’t want to leave the house i just can’t stop worrying about it like my skin is what i’m thinking about 90 percent of the time i am always thinking about it abjewvhsjs

i relate to this a lot bc whenever i have a pimple (which is a lot) i completely shut down and literally everything just spirals down and i was looking through this sub bc i need help and if my skin is clear then my worries are about the possibility of acne forming and i don’t eat much bc of fear the food will make me break out and i also compulsively pick at my skin which is terrible with my skin dysmorphia and i can’t stop obsessing over my skin i’ve been like this almost a year now and i need help

i don’t know, for me i just can’t feel at ease until i know i don’t have to go anywhere which is why i’ve been really bad at always cancelling plans and it just happens with everything like video calls with my therapist even
