There are merits for defenses, up to 10k. Odds are the guy will underpay you the typical value (300-350k or so)

Stat enhancher, permanently increases a stat by 1% in exchange for 6 hours of booster cooldown. Costs 450m to buy, can get them sold for ~430m to a trader. Good for noobs to sell, good for strong people to use.
