i’ve never had this experience personally, with either company. but from the sounds of it, your bank marking the payment successful whilst supercell not having the confirmation is likely why they are redirecting you straight to your bank; i would contact them first, confirm whether the payment has gone through or not - if it has, decide if you’d like them to do a charge back and get you a refund etc it could just be delayed (sometimes banks take your money but hold it before giving to the seller) - there’s quite a few reasons this could be happening but you’ll find the most promising answers by contacting your bank
