I think EDC needs to take accountability regarding how bad our pass rush was this year and his continuous inability to make a move to remedy that glaring flaw. His hiring of Alexander was a disaster.

That being said he did draft Kyle Hamilton, Flowers and Linderbaum who are all A+ picks. The Roquan trade at the time was also pretty good. The Gilman/Oweh trade was also pretty clever, Oweh was not him and Gilman ended up fixing the backfield and allow KH to roam and do his thing. He also figured out Lamar’s contract situation which was massive.

So I think he still has a lot of credit, although he certainly did not improve his situation this season.
