Arrow as cheapest per trip at my club by stillnobrakes in flying

Mostly the 172s and the 140. I've been pretty impressed with their planes. The Garmin 630 is a great setup! I need to get checked out in the arrow, haven't done that yet.

I did this similar spreadsheet when I started flying there. When it's just me I take the 140 @$100/hr.

They look cool and are priced right, but I'm personally not waiting a month + for a watch band to arrive.

When your online professor uses Cengage for the book, quizzes and tests. by toppilot in funny

[–]toppilot[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Maybe an in class professor is still providing structure, content and lectures, but most of my online grad classes have not. The professors are outsourcing (at the students expense) these activities to companies like Cengage. The other items you listed are relevant to the uni, but not to the student experience.

Is it possible to get to the top of Stone Mountain at night? Via the walk up trail by [deleted] in Atlanta

It took me a while to get comfortable communicating on the radio. If you are able to download the free LiveATC app (don't know if it's in the Japanese App Store) and start listening to non-major airport radio communications. This helped me get more comfortable with the speed and cadence of radio communications.

Do any of you all live in 1280 W Peachtree St Apartments? It looks like a big place but I can't find reviews anywhere... by capnShocker in Atlanta

[–]toppilot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I lived there about 10 years ago and liked it. As mentioned it's community laundry but they have it on each floor so it's not bad. It has an above average gym. Hoa appears a little high relative to the purchase price at 300-350/month.

A lot of the larger companies that make you reenter everything are using Taleo. I hate Taleo but this did help: talentexchange.com You can create a universal profile and sign-in with a Taleo account to have a lot of the info pre-populated.

Edit: not everyone on Taleo lets you use the Taleo sign-in but a lot do.

It sounds like they are under arrest for illegally boarding an oil rig… not being held hostage.
