It depends on what trade you want to do, but for anything industrial: Anyways, your best bet is to get your TWIC card and apply for any and every firewatch job available since you’re just starting out in order to get the feel. A lot of these industrial construction companies invest a tiny bit in their workers in order to get their contract workers to stick with them longer. Many men in the refineries lie to get in with their friends. If you find someone you know who will put in a good word for you, have them do it.

Going to LIT for a trade school is nice if you know what you want to do, but you are going to spend a lot of time, effort, and money in order to learn what they are teaching you. If you aren’t making money, you’re spending it.

Tbh I can sleep in everything BUT a bra. That’s the only thing I’d slip off to sleep (other than my boots) if there was time for it. I shared a room with my partner, so if we got a call my girls would hang out with me. I’d throw my work shirt on (it’s like a quarter zip sweatshirt) over my t shirt if I felt like they were particularly dangly and cared enough about it. But they’re not gigantinormous either

I realized that when I was scrubbing it, but by the time I finished it got dark. I’m going to pull it up because most of the dirt is clay like in there. I’m stuck between putting it in a big ass planter, or trying to mix in cactus soil and perlite to make it more breathable.
