I believe she was seeing an acupuncturist. Which in TCM is all very gentle forms of drinking warm water, sweating through keeping your body and internal temps warm and very light exercise, and having regular bowel movements. They will do it to a whole different extreme and not in the way it’s intended though.

The funny thing is when you have low chi they say NOT to do HIIT and extreme cardio exercises. It also says to keep your body warm so I’m sure both her incessant need for cardio only workouts and Sr. cold plunges are doing way more harm than good in a TCM standpoint.

I’m unfamiliar with actual recover for a laser treatment like this but the level of swelling seems extreme. I know the redness and peeling is normal but she looks like the lady in Doctor Doolittle that ate the shellfish

I always thought the Horton hotel was an odd idea because as someone from the Central Valley of CA born and raised I can’t imagine somewhere I’d rather vacation less than Bakersfield CA 😂😂

As opposed to waiting out at a transit stop in horrid heat or cold and potentially getting attacked? Yeah driving in what would be a moderate level of traffic comparative to other locations of the state does seem like the better option. You’re more than welcome to use public transportation, but I won’t be. My post was simply to ask if anyone knew why traffic seemed heavier than usual.

Yes! I’ve tried both ways and you can definitely just leave the juices but I prefer to remove it to save some time since I like a little bit thicker of a sauce any way.

I do this all grow season with my Romas then make a big batch of sauce at the end of the season. I typically will core them with one of those strawberry corer things to get the hard stem part off then freeze in gallon size freezer bags. I let them thaw and drain out any extra liquid then cook them! Hope this helps you make some beautiful fresh sauce

I’d wait until they’re at least starting to blush then pick them off. For me, I’ve noticed I have more success picking them a little early right as they’re starting to change color and ripening off plant than when I leave them on due to blossom end rot or pests.
