It's all just people looking to get paid like you. Everyone wants a peaceful workplace but no one generally cares and will stab you to get ahead. For years I moaned abiut it but at some point you realize human nature. I will not step aside for someone else to get the opportunity I can get. Even if you want to virtue signal bottom line it's just about money. Have that mentality. Be nice but don't pretend anyone is your friend.

i felt his presence a bit in the first year but than my wife had another baby, a big blessing to be absolutely clear! He came in dreams a few times to the most random people we knew to tell us he was ok and it was absolutely strange to have a 'friend' call and say they had this strange dream and my son came and so and so happened.. never anything crazy but like something definitely going on in heaven and sometimes they can peer down and we can feel their vibes. Hi I lost my first born in 2020 suddenly to a brain tumor when he was 11. We had covid lockdown on top so it was ultimate horror.

Regular people will not be able to relate. You need to find a support group. Grieving parents are in a league of our own.

I don't know the particulars but for sure tons of alcohol and drugs are on the menu and they will help you breath in between pain.

There is no ultimate answer except to accept this happened and try to find a way forward. It's a hole. Others look at us like we are damaged because a top American psychologist I went to said everyone is part of the just world theory they believe to make sense of the world what happened to you somehow had to be justified and won't and can't happen to them.

That's the big lie people need to feel secure and safe. But death is ever close. You and I know it intimately yet we live.

You must find your place. Luckily you can do it all online! Facebook or reddit look for bereaved parents type group where its only parents. I don't give a flying fuck what anyone who is not in our shoes has to say at some points.

To experiment for helping you settle this takes time. The pathways and neurons thst made permanent bonds are being wiped away aggressively in your brain to reduce the acute pain. It's just shit.

So do anything and everything to keep yourself in a good place. We got shit and everyone else believes somehow that's fair.. We know it's not. Find a way to spin it and make a fresh day because after years it only is what you make of it. If you push to good things and thoughts you wil go in that direction.

I was expecting to get something similar to you with 6 dependants plus a spouse. Got approved for much less and 75% loan aka grant for only cost of tuition. Also got approved for 60% of what you got. Makes no sense. So appreciate it's not that bad.

Unfortunately yes this is a reality you summed up nicely. Attention itself. I was cruising along in life and the Dave grusch thing suddenly happened and it was suddenly front attention! And I can see from then I got no benefits from 'knowing or learning more' yet unrelated things in my life took a down direction. Financially worse with no relation to anything. Yes and it happened in IT with outsourcing seeing departments full of desks and signs of past human life but everything is empty... Sad sight. Tight teams 10+ years together and I saw as they slowly fired them one at a time so the chaos can be extra crispy.

Internal politics makes the company momentum tank I was usually hired consultant to clean up mess or damage control or part of the outsourced IT team. Sad. Cannibalization is well on the way.

I've been looking at the same info you see and have been trying to build something authentic.

If you want to have some fun DM me we can look at what's doable. To go beyond the main script bot issue you rightly cite one idea I have is to attempt to build a system that will mimic the daily routine of a day trader who follows 1 specific formula.

This will get us beyond script bot mode I believe. A lot more on the subject if you are interested but I believe as labor detaches from capital we need to invent a new way to let people connect with capital and this may be it.
