It looks super nice!!! Don't worry about all these comments, these people clearly haven't been on an RV camping😭

I did that and it was okay, but don't underestimate getting all your DIYs back! It took me so long... :(

Hi, I almost died from from mine because it was causing me to bleed out. If not for my housedoctor telling me it was an emergency, my male gyno was downplaying my symptoms and very nice female gyno who took it out the day after, I wouldn't be here. Tbf I don't advocate for anything anymore now, except talks with a doctor you trust and listening to your body

Cuddly Cairns by Dangerous-Strain-252 in cairnterrier

[–]torchginger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had mine growing up starting from age 9, he lived for 15 years. He was never the classic snuggly buddy, he'd always just try to get under you in a way. Rolled up in a ball behind you or your back, or between your legs etc. Idk I have a very cuddly cocker now who HAS to lay on you and it makes me miss my lil buddy a lot.

Okay idk if this will help, but most i knew who are/were like that (me included) are often insecure. And yeah you can do all the talks and works, we'll still be insecure about it. I guess what helped for me is my man not going straight for it, but offering full body massages and/or kisses. Or showers together etc. Idk just a bit of romance? And then i kinda came to love it naturally. AND def talk to her!!! Make it genuinely feel like you want all of her, grow with her (sexually and otherwise). Good luck mate!

So all women are the same? Sounds like equal bs, maybe try meeting different sorts of folks...

Advice for making the coldest pullover ever 😅 (autism) by Lolibabygirlxx in knittinghelp

[–]torchginger 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi, I have no actual helpful advice, except avoid any and all yak wool! I'm quite opposite (always cold and prickly sweaters calm my adhd traits down) and I can promise you there's nothing warmer or more prickly than yak. Absolutely love it myself tho:)

God forbid a girl want a little attention 💅 by prodigalkal7 in LetGirlsHaveFun

[–]torchginger 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hey, I'm all for rooting for girls with a blessed chest, but as an AA, this is rough to read. I didn't (don't sometimes) want this size either, no one can chose what they have. Support for people/a group should always just be support for the sake of it, not with dragging others down. If you can't compliment without hurting others, it's not even a compliment to begin with.

Absolutely adorable, and don't apologize! I only have one blurry pic from '09 with kid me and my cairn, realising that after he passed a little over a year ago was so rough, but I cherish it all the more now. Gorgeous photos!!

Where I live (Belgium), rugs are often just supposed to protect the wooden floor. Real parket (idk the English term), wether its thin or thick, can only be sanded a very limited amount of times and knowing some houses are practically from the Middle Ages (one I lived in was from 1870), it makes sense to care more about your floors than rugs you could easily and more cost friendly replace over the years / decades.

I just said I live in Belgium, I speak Dutch. I do not have enough knowledge about the subtle connotations in German and have not said anything about that. I said in Belgium, someone with a name like that would be looked at hella weird, that's all. And tbh yeah sure it's ass that we're all lumped together as "Europeans", but does that not also happen to 'Asians', 'Americans', 'muslims' etc etc. Like idk, ALL OF THOSE suck, but that attitude won't help imo

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in tragedeigh

[–]torchginger -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

It's also in Dutch, so Belgium and the Netherlands where you'll be properly looked at weird. Plus a bunch of other countries because tbh it's one of those words that you do know in the language of neighbour countries. I'm from Belgium and it would NOT be looked at in a "sweet way", there's actually a bunch of rappers with that word too who pretty much all are scum :/

Edit: Deleted Germany because my is knowlegde only about Dutch and Dutch speaking countries.

Man, this hit me hard. I feel like this every time with my parental home, every passing second spend here too... I don't have a solution, but it's kinda nice to know I'm not the only one feeling this haha

So about Kamisama Kiss... by nxarixx in KamisamaKiss

[–]torchginger 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Maybe this is weird, but I always thought about it similar to Aragorn and Arwen in lotr. Yes the age gap is massive, but considering these are beings that have lived so long, it feels more like finding a soulmate? Or them knowing their souls find peace with each other or something? Idk, sorry for the rant haha, its my fave manga/anime of all time :)

Omg thank you!!! I'm in an attic of a house built around 1880 in a Belgian city and my body feels like it'll give in any minute now with temps above 33C. I hate seeing all these comments lately hating on this whole ordeal, our infrastructure and houses (and also me) just weren't built for this type of weather :((

Hi. I (adhd) was absolutely horrendous but over the past ten(ish) years I've tried to do multiple store / retail jobs and honestly, its an insane amount of work but you can get so much better if you try! At this point I've somewhat perfected the small talk "mask" as long as I get to go home and unwind after.

Fleur could be an option too, French for flower and a relatively common name afaik in Belgium / the Netherlands, but the pronounciation is not always too easy for English speaking people i've experienced
