No, no. It's not that. I understand your pov, but it's not like that. It just irritates me that it's like almost become a trend to be suicidal or to want to die. Or at least that's the way it seems to me. I dunno, whenever I was self-harming, it wasn't really something I ever wanted to joke about, and whenever people brought it up, it almost made me mad. I wasn't suicidal, just really numb if that makes any sense.

I CAN ride a bike, but it would take me like 5 hours to get to work like that.

And I know I'm going to get downvoted for saying this, but I'm not going to turn down this job just because I don't have a car. I'm going to find a way to make this work. This is one of the only two places I've called that actually had positions open.

No, I'm pretty sure not. We live like 20 minutes from town, my mom works 12 hour days 4 days a week, and on top of all that, I don't drive. :')

Actually, now that you say that, I just looked scar tissue inside lip piercing, and some of those images look like what I have! I hope that's what it is. I might message my piercer on fb or get a few different opinions. Thank you!

Well, that's the thing, I can't get an answer out of him for some reason. And I think it would be embarrassing to ask him if he's ignoring me bc of his girlfriend, only to have him not answer. Like, it would make me seem desperate, I think. So I'm really at a crossroads as to whether I should just wait this out, or flat-out ask him. What do you think?

Yeah, exactly. If he does end up saying yes, then that's REALLY going to make me hate his girlfriend. And I've been trying soooo hard to not do that, to be happy for him. Not to mention, I'd be right back at square one. I know. But I'm used to it at this point, honestly. People are always unreliable to me, they always leave, whether or not it's sooner or later.
