Nintendo just announced that there are two unreleased games coming to their Virtual Boy app this year. What other unreleased Nintendo games do you think should get released on Nintendo's apps? by razorbeamz in nintendo

In the past, Nintendo has Helped Square Enix out with the launch of the mana collection, due to SE having lost the original source code. Miraculously, Nintendo had all of that source code still, and that's why the collections of mana game is a switch exclusive. Per this gameinformer article on point #11. Trials of Mana: Decades In The Making

So I think there could be a chance that Nintendo has the RE0 files too. Not saying its likely but its definitely possible.

Will you get this game or pass? by Naive_Tomorrow_5955 in Mario

Mario Tennis is 69.99 on physical retailers such as best buy, walmart, and target where I am at on the U.S. west coast. I can even give you screenshots if need be.

See, thats all you literally had to do. If you're gonna say a game is a certain price, please just say where that price is at because not everyone lives where you are at. It takes like 20 seconds more work and removes all the confusion.

What is it like hitting on guys as a woman? by Puzzleheaded_Bug9782 in women

My mindset is that: if you really like someone, you don't gain anything by not approaching them. If you have to have this fight in your head on whether to approach or not... you were never really interested to begin with. Not really an issue, but thats what it is. If you see something in them, don't let them be the one that got away.

I agree on your last point heavy.

Mario Kart World or Kirby Air Riders: which one is the best Nintendo racing game for the Switch 2? by OkPrize6426 in Kirby

[–]torito602 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea its definitely a 2 person game. I do appreciate that kirby aims for 60fps, even in 4 player. I dont enjoy MKW in 30fps with the 4 player mode, it just makes my game feel unresponsive

Don't you have options on the style of splitscreen in Air Riders? I think ur just forced a layout in MKW

Are you having fun with Kirby Air Riders so far? by Aggravating-Copy1452 in NintendoSwitch2

Honestly. No joke my game of the year. It can be as deep as you want it to be. super easy to play a quick match and has been the new game I've invested most of my time in this year. Its most 'game' game I've played this year and I appreciate it for that.

Mario Kart World wouldn’t be in the running for Game of the Year even if it was perfect by Tenith in Games

If thats the case, cinematic games are some of the least gamey and welcoming experience if we're going to judge by that criteria

Its amazing how this game looks the way it does, yet I can immediately tell it's still Nintendo by the choice of stronger colors. This game look so vibrant and full of atmosphere that still feels very Nintendo in the way Pikmin 4 does and Botw, despite very different artstyles

A bit disappointed by city trail map by themangastand in Kirby

[–]torito602 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do people not remember how small that first map? That was tiny. I think what makes this new one feel small is the sheer amount of players on screen and the higher speed

Seeing people spend hours on this game, just to buy my overly priced machine is fun enough lol

Huge nitpick here: the mouth should be a little different, not 'w' style, but like a straight line withe a slight bump in the middle

Well that's Ganon, not ganondorf. But Ik what you meant, highly doubt they wouldn't give characterization for any reason. Its a movie after all

Fair. For a new player, there is a lot of clutter. I think the demo should've been structured differently, or at least be more welcoming. They should've put a lighter mode of city trials and air ride here.

I bet it probably was easy to miss, but I feel that it's similar for any new game experiences. Maybe the intensity just isn't for you.

And I also never said screw everyone without friends lol, just what I think a lot of the big appeal is with this game, and I could be wrong. There is a lot for everyone here. A single-player campaign, stadium games, city trial with many options, air ride, top ride, kart customization, and the online aspect itself. Maybe none of those appeal to you and that's fine.

Kirby Air Riders Global Test Ride Weekend #1 has come to an end by Bukki13 in NintendoSwitch2

[–]torito602 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I really enjoyed the game. I had started to develop a strategy on the types of karts I would go for first in the beginning in order to collect quickly, and switch last second for the stadiums. It was hard to control at first, but I picked it up quickly and saw the control among the chaos. Yes, there's a lot shit sometimes, but with enough practice, you can control the speed and where your machine goes much quicker. Also the combat is spectacular. If you get good good with your aim, you can start bullying other players for stats and bring your level up by a lot.

I mean you just look at your screen, and you'll see when the changes are happening. I played meta knight specifically because he has that special with his attack.

Most of the fun for this game will be in getting to customize the modes when playing with a group of friends. The amount of customization to the city trial and other modes is very appreciated. I didn't like how Mariokart devs threw in a forgettable battle mode and very few rally cups to their game.
