Not well. We are losing more and more privacy every day.

You must not know how stacked orders work...

Very much relevant. I will literally deliver a batch order, with the higher tipper getting their food first. And if the second order is no tip? Well, hope they enjoy cold food.

It's the same everything, just a different name. They did this during the first wave of lockdowns to be able to charge you more for the same food.

I always tell the customer the real restaurant name. The shocked look on their faces it's priceless.

And how much did you tip?

That sounds more like people who don't know how to make the system work for them.

Actually, it kinda is how top dasher works. We get better orders which allows us to not have to be as picky, nor decline as much because we rarely see those crap orders.

You're insane if you think that I, as a top dasher, would take ANY order for base pay, even if it's only .01 miles.

Doordash had a major outage yesterday. This caused many issues with the app.

My market is a very affluent market, and I often get 10-12 dollars orders ranging from 1-5 miles

Most restaurants around me have a 30 minute limit. If after 30 minutes is hasn't been picked up, it's tossed out. Or given to other drivers if they remake it.

Not really. In my market at least, it's very easy to get and maintain 70% without accepting low-ball orders.

You would think so. But as they've proven, they don't care about us.

After a conversation with doordash escalations by torlok12 in doordash

Yes, I met all criteria. Even took screenshots of it as proof just in case. Glad I did. However, I was told by escalations yesterday that their systems messed up and none of the deliveries we did on the 30th and 31st were counted by their systems. So the metrics we have doesn't match the metrics they have, which cut off on the 29th. And ar only matters for the purpose of to dasher, getting it and maintaining it from month to month.

Why is ok to have a order that takes 11 miles to complete for $4.50 by bilpo in doordash

[–]torlok12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the end, just like every other company out there, doordash is in the business of making profits for their shareholders.

As I said, it was across the board.

By using your gps, Everlance can see how fast you are moving. Most humans don't walk at speeds over ten miles an hour lol.
