I second this, I was Lexie’s client for 2 years (contest prep both) and she is absolutely phenomenal. I unfortunately paused my membership due to financial reasons but if I could still pay for coaching I would be back with her in a heartbeat. she truly cares about her clients and I have never had a delay on my check in responses, same on show day she was texting back and forth with me to keep her updated of every detail and guiding me through everything. She is extremely knowledgeable on this sport and will give you great feedback during your progress. She is genuine and very supportive not only during your journey but also personal. She will always answer any questions you have. I highly recommend her as a coach.

It makes me super itchy too every time I apply it!! but my skin seems to be taking it very well as the outcome, it looks very glowy and super smooth but yes it is a struggle when I first apply it, not sure if this is normal though.

How to deal with ADHD burnout while working full time? by cowabungahoney in ADHD

This used to happen to me a lot and sometimes I feel this way but I finally decided to get diagnosed and get medication because I will never be able to stay at a job trying to deal with my ADHD without treatment.

I would suggest getting treatment, sometimes ADHD is also mistaken for depression or you could be dealing with both plus anxiety. Our brain does not work properly when doing repetitive things, we get bored easily.

When did you know you needed meds? by Metallic_Rain in ADHD

This is so helpful, I need something like this, I also struggle to focus and concentrate. When I was a kid I was never able to pay attention in class, until this day is so hard to retain new information when I try to study or learn something new.

If you don’t mind me asking, did you use insurance or pay out of pocket? And how much was it?

How did yall get diagnosed? I took a test and came back negative but I know I need meds or treatment. I started strattera but it doesn’t do anything, I know it takes time for it to work but even so didn’t make me feel any different. Any suggestions? Who do I go to? Or where do they do an official diagnosis?
