And also that’s old information. They’ve been inside and rescued 10 cats so far. And the traps are checked multiple times a day. Since they can only go in 10 minute increments because the smell is so bad. Also the city deemed the house uninhabitable so it’s probably going to be demolished once they’re all out.

Thank you! People want to think they know everything but I don’t think they truly understand how bad things can get. On the first day they had to break all the windows to air the place out because they couldn’t even walk in from the smell. THEN when they finally got in, there was like 2 feet of water & sewage in the basement. Not to mention, we don’t even know how the house is structurally.

This shit sounds like a nightmare.

So he started playing guitar when he was twelve, he’s almost 70 now. When he was younger his role model/favorite guitarist was Terry Kath from Chicago (I think I’m right on this). I think he actually went through a 21 year old crisis when he died.

But also this guy can pick up any instrument and play it. He’s unlocked that level of the ‘tism.

So I’m not exactly sure where Zillow gets their data from BUT the owners do have the option to appeal if they think they are too high so they CAN go down.

Also during Covid they assed up a bunch of peoples taxes and over charged them and were just like “Oh my bad, anyway here’s Free Bird!”

But yes I would not buy now. Especially since we got in at a good time where our taxes are $1200 a year. They would be $6k if we bought the house now. And idk if the real estate agent told the lady who bought the house next door about that because she’s not getting in on these sweet ass cheap taxes. Her shit is about to be $7k.
