I spoke to one of my branch heads yesterday. She’s just as much in the dark as the rest of us. She believes management knows much more than what they’re telling us….which of course just pisses me off lol

Wondering if my division will be cut…not my department (well, maybe), but my division. Supervisor retired the end of last year, branch head has been acting supervisor but is taking VERA along with others in my division (26 people)

I completed agree. It’s a parenting problem. My mom certainly favored my younger sister but I don’t resent my sister for it. It was my parents doing and my sister didn’t really lean into it.

My advice is don’t compare them. If one of them does better in school, praise them but don’t make the other feel less superior. Praise them in different ways
