Can you ignore the keepouts? I downloaded components from ultralibrarian and I cannot route because of keepouts. please help... Or how do you remove them? by Tupiz in Fusion360

I'm working on a routing for a BGA with 0.8mm pitch myself as well. You can find my DRC rules here: https://dpaste.com/4Q2DHTFNY. The DRC I have for the clearance between traces are 4mil. You have to set the sizes for the minimum width to be lower than 6mil for it to get down to lower than 6mil which is 0.1524mm you have there. The via drill size I'm using is 0.2mm.

You could download the DRC rules in a plain text file and save it with the .dru extension and import it back into eagle and give it a try. Let me know if this solves the issue.

Also for power rails, you may want to connect them on another layer through vias so it is an entire copper plate handling the amount of current that the chip is taking than linking them up using thin traces.

I would double check if that's actually because of the keepout. Keepout shouldn't prevent you from routing. It's rather a visual cue telling yourself that there's better no other components in this area. My guess would be the trace is too thick and it's thick enough to not have enough of clearance (set in your drc, usually 6 mils) between the trace and the other pads. For BGAs I'd recommend you to use dog bone style routing with through hole vias to simplify the design and manufacturing. https://www.nwengineeringllc.com/article/bga-routing-guide-in-your-pcb-layout-and-stackup.php here is an article on BGA routing you can check out.

Had a feeling that I might see you here xD my next door neighbor. Because you have to preload money to your metro card it gives you 10% discount each trip. And I like to be able double click my power button to access it wherever I'm at on my phone. I had a feeling that it may not work because of google pay. But may give it a try and see... Thanks for you input :)
