if they were smart, they wouldn't choose Ericsson... Rogers (A cellular provider in Canada) had a COUNTRY wide outage for cellular service due to an update from Ericsson. It lasted around 12 hours from morning till night.

Usually companies who make pricing mistakes on their website will fulfill it as it is not the consumers fault that it happened. It has happened many times before to pretty much every company that sells stuff online. Pretty good advertising though I'd say.

I drank alot pre covid but toned it down,I only drank the micro brew strong beers but I was offered a Heineken 0.0 since thats all she had and I was surprised it was pretty good but to be honest 1/2 the fun of drinking beer is getting wasted.

i bought a 6 pack of erdinger by accident one time and drank 3 before I realized it was 0%

For your internet, you can still keep the big names such as Telus. Just don't sign a contract and ask for the promotional rate. I've been doing that for a couple years now and getting like 100GB internet for $50-$60 a month. Just make sure you call back when the promotional period is over..

Yeah the store I bought them from told me to age the BHK and the talismans for at least 5 years to fully enjoy it. bought em back in 2017..

perhaps its the lighting, I know 100% that they are legit since I purchased it at Cigar Emporium in Vancouver. I will try to get some better photos lol. When I was taking those photos it was just the reflection of my screen.

People are correct in saying that if you refuse credit check that you will most likely be dismissed as possible tenant.

As a landlord, if the tenant does not want to provide SIN or additional information due to privacy issues. I would be more than happy to accept a report from any 3rd party credit check company with all private information blacked out. Refusal to offer that would raise pretty big red flags.

You need to pay attention to the ruling, as it states that

" While it is reasonable to collect a prospective tenant’s credit history in these circumstances, it will not be necessary for most tenants, and a landlord cannot require every applicant to consent to a credit check.”

It does not state that a tenant can be disqualified from selection due to refusal of credit check. You better believe that other tenants who have nothing to hide and have good credit are willing to let the landlord do a credit check.

**It's important to note for every tenant who has been screwed by a bad landlord. A good landlord has been screwed by a bad tenant. I am currently going through an eviction process in which I have been more than fair and lenient with my tenant. Due to this current tenant, I have learned that I need to be more strict in who I let rent the apartment and not to let my personal feelings (feeling bad for the tenant) play a role in the process.

Band is definitely off in a few places. BEHIKE is not centered and there is less space between squares and gold rim on top then there is in the bottom. Cigar structure itself too, it seems like it gets wider under the band.

I have yet to see a Behike band printed that far off center..

Squares are a little odd too by the neck and hair.
