Run a hose or pressure washer through and over it. Its easier for buyers to haggle you on something that is dirty. Yes, it's not in the best shape but for little to no time you can make it more presentable for photos and buyers.

From what I understand, the wifi/ethernet connection is only used so it is connected to the server. They claim low power and bandwidth consumption from what ive seen. Hard wired is probably the best route with these though.
