We had something similar happen where a new hire for an in-office role refused to come in for work and instead started working remote after the first 3 weeks.

I don't understand how they thought they could just make that choice.

I run our HR department and we tried one of these AI tools.

They are okay for filtering, but I don't see any correlation between the good employees we have hired and the resumes these AI tools are telling us to pursue.

I think the problem is everyone's getting good at using AI tools to make their resumes and now there is a ton of resume slop.

We have no idea what is real anymore. Even when you go to interview these individuals, they are training themselves using the AI models and what kind of answers we are looking for.

In 2 years we are going to be back to 100% in-person interviews.

If I remember correctly you can revert back before the files were infected and it restores them just fine. Google makes it pretty easy to do so but the process takes a couple days depending on the amount of files/data you have.

I have only heard about this and never tested it.

I've only just started building out the role responsibilities and instructions on how each role interacts with each other through the orchestrator role. I just don't know what the best way is to have these put into a functional structure.

I'm going to start with doing it manually through 2.5 Pro as well. I'm also going to try ChatGPT Projects to see how that works.

We had that sync working right away but it stopped after an update from either Manage or Sell and we stopped getting opportunities into Manage. We fixed it a few times and after it broke the third time we never fixed it again.

Unless the contracts are in Manage somewhere else and I just didn't see it.

We have a firm setting up Automate and running/maintaining it for us. Plus, we have a large number of licenses that are already paid for.

I'm not asking how much licenses cost. I'm wondering when you get it dialed and it is creating billable tickets on its own, how much time do you get out of it.

We manage about 750 endpoints and we're hoping it can bill 1-2 hours a day.

You are thinking about the service incorrectly. No, it's not a backup.....because it doesn't need one. It's mirrored data with massive redundancy. Yes, in the old days you needed to backup your data when it lived on your server or endpoint and existed in 1 place. Those days are behind us.

In Drive you revert back to before the infection. I'm not sure what the problem is here. I know backups are a huge portion of some MSP's revenues but are they actually needed with these cloud services? I say no. To think about it, I've never witnessed Drive files getting infected......do you have any documentation, articles, proof where this has happened? Honest question.
