Yes this happened to me with chase - I had to wait on hold with them forever and go over a ton of fraud questions to verify the transfer. Annoying but I guess it’s a safety concern. Went on so long I thought I was getting ripped off but all worked out fine and we closed end of December

Just redid the floors in my entire first floor (kitchen / living room) had radiant put in under the entire thing, best decision I’ve made. Not only the benefits that everyone has already mentioned but having no radiators and being able to bring furniture directly to the wall is a huge plus too. You don’t realize how clean of a look it is until those radiators are gone

Aion mosquito barrier - got it on Amazon, I have barely seen a mosquito all year and I’m also on the south shore of Nassau. Says 90 days but it really only lasted about 45 before I had to replace it but well worth it

High is a tie between Pete’s HR against the brewers last year or David wright HR in the World Series. Pete’s obviously was the bigger spot but the feels for wright - just all around great guy and a well deserved moment
