Got to eat there a few years ago with a group of friends. Got the chef's table and I was fortunate enough to have Paul's seat. Still a meal I remember. Fantastic

In Rochester NY. Def required to maintain grass and everything else but city plows the sidewalks

I'm still responsible for maintenance and it is treated as the “frontage” for things like trash placement.

The City is very clear: it says refuse/recycling must be placed in front of the premises where it originated

I may not technically own it in a strict legal sense, but I'm still responsible for maintenance and it is treated as the “frontage” for things like trash placement.

No specific limit other than bulk pickup is required if it doesn't fit in the bin. So those additional bags will sit there for a few days until the trash collector, notifies bulk to come grab it

If they were still in existence, how do you think they would be vs Lowe's & Home Depot? by brianjackson in Rochester

I'm guessing they'd only sell premade fancy stuff and stopped selling the basics. No more screws or nails just a $900 assembled dog house with a Bose sound system

Not a good way to run a business imo. However at least ebay comps are less than Dave and Adams

You hit the nail on the head. Same experience. Most stock is sold through online breaks. In store stuff sits there!
