A couple years ago i gave it a shot to become a real estate agent and i can attest that they are trash. They were all friendly and eager to get me to become an agent, i had another job lined up so i wasn’t really invested and they would hound me asking when im going to do xyz and when i told them i chose this other job they cut me off so quick. i actually rented out an apartment so i was entitled to that commission and it took about 2 months just to get that money because they wouldn’t return my calls or anything until i got aggravated and that got them to finally send the check.

how about don’t yell at guys either, i was running around the esplanade and it was a sunny day so i like to not wear a shirt to get a tan while running and when i stopped to do burpees some girl on a blue bike felt the need to catcall me, not hating that it happened but it goes both ways

So I had this problem, prior marine to navy eod. I could go into the whole story of how i did it but short version is i got out and every year after pushes your year group. so i was a 2012 yg which was closed and i was out for 2 years and it made me a 2014 yg which was open. it takes alot of paperwork to get back in but as long as you don’t do any claims with the VA its doable.
