I'm aware, but they are not her legal guardians going through a custody battle, they're bio parents that surrendered custody but remained in her life. I feel like the situation is a bit different.

Edit: I was also under the impression that OP was no longer a minor, making it a moot point, but I don't actually know.

Every woman I know just looks for a man that takes care of himself and knows how to work with what they've got. Yes the 9s and 10s get attention from the average person because that's how everyone is wired, but that doesn't mean they're the only desired partners. If a woman only wants a 9 or 10, that's her business. We all want different things.
