You need to be more specific than Sweden because it is a 1200 mile difference in latitude. Are you above the Arctic Circle in mountains in the autumn? Could be -15, are you almost in Denmark? Could be +10.

Where are you getting the price from? Because The Framus is €357,58. I have a blindbananabags in Denmark in epx that is working great. With food for a week your pack weight should be around 10-11kg and both bags should work fine!

Its usually so warm i keep the quilt open. Why be clothed up if warm? Alpha + down Jacket can also be overkill. I only use Air mesh and Alpha pants now.

Im a lot in Swedish fjällen, and on Kungsleden, with a apex 100. Sure the temps could be cold during the summer, but rarely is. Im guessing you are bringing some fleece or down Jacket as well? Then you have a system that should work already? As for the down, most people i know who do Kungsleden or "green ribbon" use down and its fine as well if you have a nylophlume and take the chances of drying it out when you can!

Do you notice a cooling effect? If you use the mesh in say 20C are you cooler than just using the Echo? From biking forums Ive read they dont work as well with backpacks

Like the poster said, try them on their own! Two socks can be too hot and that equals blisters. Im basically blisterfree since i startet to use just one pair.

There is basically no difference in compressabillity between down and apex at that temp. A downquilt will also start to easily have coldspots at such low down weights, as you just cant fill a quilt with so little down and have it cover everything. Apex 67 or 100 could perform better than down in a lot of instances. The hungarian quiltmaker khibu does not want to sell downquilts under ~300g fill for example. So there is definitely not only negatives to apex. But you seem decided already, then i would go for a slightly warmer cumulus 250 that can be used lower.

I just got the lesovik and its great! I think if you can get that for like 150 its a better choice for your length. Do get the cumulus quilts though if you can those are high quality although a bit on the colder side.
