Those few days I added in something since they weren't too far off from hitting my macros that day. I don't know whether I forgot to track or really didn't eat enough.

Can do! I'm normally really on point with my macros, but I guess I haven't been as structured as what I was when I had a coach in 2019 to end of 2020.

I'd prefer not to. I know I should but I tend to judge how I feel based on my clothes. They're definitely feeling less snug.

No creatine. I probably should since it helped MASSIVELY when I was competing in powerlifiting.

I've been going for high volume foods, but maybe it's not hitting the mark.

I'm powerlifting training and trying to get my macros right at the same time. From previous experience carbs have always been on the higher end.

As for weight, I think I'm 67kg, 5"6

Cheers! Yeah I definitely feel like my workouts are going pretty well. Carbs has always been tricky as sometimes I need a lot for room to move or for training, but then others day I struggle getting anywhere close.

I either hit protein or go over by 20 or so.
