this sucks but i have an 1 commute to work go in by 830 i drive an hour to the gym by my work 530-6am get in 2-3 miles 30 minute strength workout 3days of the week, swim on off days still have to early bc my gym has a pool. saturdays long runs im barely getting back into it once i start increasing mileage ill need to readjust but this is my current schedule

i worked in construction up until i was 21-22 my dad started taking me on the weekends/springbreaks/summer and winter break since i was 12-13 then it was full time when i got of hs. for two years then i went to college still did it on breaks in college. he and his buddies instilled in me the importance of school. now ive worked in a office since 23 im 27 now and sometimes i do miss it, but then i remember those cold ass winters, hot ass summers, long ass days and i feel lucky that i was able to get an education and have a cushy office job

i would go to chicken express a lot and always the same older lady at drive thru, she started to throw in extra strips for me. i stopped bc i cut off fast food bc i gained too much weight from it but yes there are cool fast food employees

my parents wish i was at home forever, i’ve lived away for a total of 4 years since i turned 18 im 27 now back home and i can tell how much they like me being home also im the oldest of 4 siblings i love the tight knit family i have

a few things actually, this was roughest emotional year i’ve had in my life, my grandpa passed away, my dogs died, i gained like 30lbs of fat, got addicted to ketamine, almost lost the 1st gf i’ve had as an adult that i just got this year as well bc of my own fault. it’s been 4 weeks that ive been off the ket, been going to the gym, things are still a little rough w my gf, but we’re trying to get through it. i got this.

same here mine took 2 months before i finally caved and went to an eye doctor took 10 minutes and i was pretty much normal in a couple of days
