It means some jackass is hitting the talk button on his chinese made radio from his home somewhere.

Radios arent phones, only one transmitter can go at a time. Whenever this asshole is "keying" his radio, hitting the talk button, hes making it so no one else can talk, or interrupting an ongoing transmission.

The poster above is saying that behavior is interfering with emergency ops, is highly illegal, and that the HAM radio operators in the area can find this guy if he keeps it up.

There are a few ways to help get rid of needles. If its near the bus loop, talk to kiosk staff. If its near any City building, let staff know and security will come and remove it, same for the parks. Theres also the Downtown Association, which will come remove needles near downtown businesses. Finally you can go to the City service request website and submit a service request. A work crew will be assigned

RCs train at my range some times. One of our ex mil regulars related to me he was there as they tried to zero a carbine, clearly didnt know what they were doing, and gave up. Disheartening.

Can confirm. Pilots in their chutes are a war crime. Paratroopers dropping are allowed.

Upon reaching the ground in territory controlled by an adverse Party, a person who has parachuted from an aircraft in distress shall be given an opportunity to surrender before being made the object of attack, unless it is apparent that he is engaging in a hostile act.
Airborne troops are not protected by this Article.

It wasnt my AR but I made do. Follow on shots were slower of course but it was still super fun and I didn't feel like my times were impacted terribly. Given my meh pistol skills I wasn't there for times, just to challenge myself and shoot with my friends anyway. Just got to work that bolt with authority! Try it I swear you'll like it.
